Start by scheduling your complimentary 20-minute consultation. This will give you the chance to ask questions, learn more about how hypnosis can help you, and get a feel for whether we’re the right fit for each other.

STEP 2: INTRO SESSION.
From here, we’ll kick things off with an introductory session. We’ll have an in-depth discussion about what brings you to hypnosis therapy and what you hope to get out of the process. We’ll also collaborate on a customized plan to suit your needs and goals.

STEP 3: HYPNOSIS.
It’s time for the work to begin! We’ll tap into your body’s natural ability to reach a hypnotic state. Most people find this incredibly relaxing. Here, we’ll use hypnotic suggestion to shift your beliefs, mindset, and behaviors so you can start reaching your goals AND ENJOY YOUR RESULTS!
While each person’s journey is different, some people start seeing results after just one hypnotherapy session. I can’t wait to see how hypnosis helps you!

What hypnosis does
Hypnosis creates a calm, focused state in which your attention is narrowed and your critical, conscious mind relaxes. In that state you can:

    •    Revisit and reshape emotional responses with guided imagery and safe memory work.

How old connections loosen. . .
Think of an old habit you used to have, or a person who has smoked the majority of their life and suddenly quit after 20+ years through the power of rewiring their subconscious mind. Old habits and beliefs are like overgrown trails in a forest: well-worn and easy to follow. Under hypnosis you intentionally stop reinforcing those trails. With repeated hypnotic suggestions and new, corrective experiences, the brain decreases the strength of the old connections (a natural process sometimes described as “pruning”) so they become less automatic.
